One of my clients came to me with a severe fear of spiders. Their anxiety was so intense that they once threw a towel over a spider in their bathroom and left the towel there for a long time because they couldn’t bear to lift it. As we worked together, it became clear that the spider itself wasn’t the real issue — it was a surface sign of deeper emotional patterns that needed attention. Can I have my sessions online or must they be in-person?
Both are highly effective. I offer in-person sessions at my tranquil practice in Rainhill, Prescot, as well as online sessions via secure video call. Online hypnotherapy is wonderful as it allows you to be in the comfort and safety of your own home, which can often lead to an even deeper state of relaxation.
